Welcome to our site JAPAN ADVENTURES! 

We are Niall and Yuko and we want to welcome you to our site, Japan Adventures. Niall is from Vancouver, Canada but has called Kyoto home since 2007, and Yuko is a born and raised Kyotoite. We love to travel and have been to over 50 countries between us. We want to help people who are visiting Japan and share tips on great places to visit or ideas for making it easier to travel around this great country. We also encourage other travellers to share their stories and publish blogs and photos for those who want to share their experiences with the world. We especially want to help people find places off the main tourist trail. 

We are based in Kyoto and also run a sister site www.kyotofun.com with fun outings such as bike rides through the city, bar hopping nights and hiking day trips.
